PAYMENT DUE
You pay, I’ll bake! Payment is required upfront so that I can source your cute cutters, spectacular sprinkles, fabulous food colors, and the perfect packaging. Your payment will reserve your pick up date too!
NO SHOW = NO SWEETS
Your order is best enjoyed fresh. Not showing up to the agreed-upon pick up time forfeits your order. But take heart, they will be donated to a family in need. Need to reschedule your pick up? No problem! Please reach out no later than seven days prior to your pick up time.
REFUNDS/CHANGE OF PLANS
I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment has been accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as your order supplies have likely already been placed. But the good news is, you get sweets!
CHANGE CUTOFF
Decisions are tough! But we’re here to help. Changes can be made up until two weeks prior to your order. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee may apply.
INSPIRATION
Thanks tons for bringing those inspo pictures! They are just that — inspiring. But your treats may not be perfect replicas – we’ll try to keep it close!
COVID CARE
We know that you can’t control when you have come in contact with a person who has Covid, and we want to work with you. Need to reschedule your event? We can freeze some treats for up to two weeks so you can stay home and rest.
IN A HURRY?
While I can’t accommodate all last minute orders, I will make my best effort to. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 7 days will require a rush fee of $20.
PICTURES ARE WORTH 1000 WORDS
But they are not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you may end up with. Also, treats in photos may not be true to size! (which is a bummer, I’d frankly love to eat an 8.5” x 11” cookie!)
EENIE MEENIE ORDER MINIMUMS
(That didn’t rhyme. I’m a baker, not a poet) We require a minimum of 2 dozen! Need fewer? Stay tuned for a pop up shop announcement on my Facebook page!
IT’S ALL YOURS NOW
Once you pick up your order (thanks again by the way), what happens to your cookies, cakes, cocoa bombs, and car doors (I hate door dings) is all on you! Keep them safe, keep them cool, and keep them away from the parking lot cart returns.
SHIP SHAPE!
As much as I would love to hand deliver each and every batch, unfortunately, I often need the help of USPS. I do my best to package these treats for a rough ride, but broken treats are a possibility and a nonrefundable risk you take when placing a shipped order. Also, while I ship priority, I can’t guarantee that rain sleet snow or hail want to delay your order. Refunds can’t be offered, but know that they are on their way. Once tracking information is provided, claims for lost orders can be placed with USPS.
NO GHOSTS!
I’m easily spooked. To get your order juuuuust right, I’ll need you to reply to my messages within one hour, otherwise I may just have to wing it. Questions for me? Please give me about one hour to reply, I’m usually covered in dough!
ACHOO! ALLERGIES?
Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. While I can do my best to accommodate, I can’t always accommodate allergy conscious orders. Please reach out, I may have a perfect referral for you!
COTTAGE FOOD LAWS
This order has been made in a home kitchen not inspected by local health departments. Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free free, dairy free, or gluten-free. Boring disclaimer, but we have to say it per the law. *Tips cowboy hat* *straightens sheriff pin*
IN SICKNESS AND IN HEALTH
While death will never do us part, you’re consuming food and with the consumption of anything (including that bottle of wine last night) there are inherent risks. Choking hazards, food illnesses, and allergic reactions are possibilities- albeit hopefully far-reaching.
REFUNDS
While we want you to love your treats, if you’re not satisfied with your order, please return all uneaten treats within 24 hours so we can assess their condition and troubleshoot any problems. We will then determine if a credit may be issued for a future order.
